We get asked all sorts of questions from couples about insurance, equipment, and related things- but rarely about the customer experience aspect. Oftentimes we are working together with our couples multiple years from beginning to end on their custom wedding and elopement packages in Upstate New York and New England. The experience during this relationship should be front of mind. The world continues to move more toward consuming video. With things like TikTok and YouTube, video is becoming the media we consume and remember the most. Even Instagram, which was all about photos originally, has become focused on reels. If our goal is to preserve your wedding not only for now, but for future generations… then we think video becomes a priority.
Tell me about the team?
We work together as a small team, with a singular approach. We purposely all shoot with a consistent style. You’re not forced to go through each person’s portfolio and try to decipher what’s different. What we’ve found capturing weddings from coast to coast is that clean and classic images, telling your story, while giving a fun experience, with awesome customer service will keep you very successful :) We’d love to share that with you!

Can I give you a shot list or share my favorite photos before the wedding?
Absolutely. We often times refer to ourselves as your "wedding partner." More and more we see couples adding their personal touches to their weddings, and we are happy to bring that energy into your wedding photos as well. Our process allows for collaboration. We've got you covered!
Do you offer wedding albums?
We love putting together heirloom albums for our couples after the wedding. We've worked hard to find the best manufacturer possible. You can read more about our albums, and see photo samples on our blog.
Who is my point of contact?
Because we work as a team with dedicated responsibilities, instead of a singular overworked individual, we take pride in our level of customer service and response times. Your introductory email will be from your WWG coordinator who is like a concierge, there to guide you throughout the process.
