What are your wedding colors and/or themes?
We tried to embrace the beautiful, natural surrounding of Lake George and the Adirondacks. With that in mind we choose white, sage green, navy blue, and blush/light pink for wedding colors.

What is your inspiration when planning your wedding?
Our goal was to just stick to our roots and personalities to celebrate our love for one another. In embracing that we ended up went with a very classic, romantic vibe. We also wanted to incorporate our love for water so choosing a venue right on the lake was a must!

Did you incorporate any fun themes/motifs or design elements?
Sharks! Tim’s (and now my) last name is Sharkey so we ran with a subtle shark theme, from a shark hat dance to an adorable shark cake topper.

Did you include any special traditions, old or new?
I carried my mother’s kerchief (which came in handy during those speeches/toasts!) on the wedding day which was also worn/carried by her mother and grandmother at their respective weddings.

Is there anything else you’d like to share?
It was an absolutely perfect day and we couldn’t be happier. A huge thank you to the Walker Wedding Group and all of our other vendors for helping to make it so amazing!
